Forsome there is a certain confidence that comes from pursuing game that has no option but to fleein the face of ones advance.... game that has no option but to run away and/or crawl off and die quietly.... no chance (ever)for the quarry to level the playing field....the bestowment of asort ofguaranteed superiority over another specie.
Other hunters, well.... they seem to like their salsa a little hotter.
Different strokes for different folks.
Some have argued these DangerousGame huntersare kinda in a different class of hunter, but most here (at least at the time) rejected that idea and deemed they were just the same as any whitetailer.

I guess dangerous game hunters would be the same as whitetail hunters in one aspect, since the whitetail usually wins on most tries, except that when the whitetail wins, the hunter doesn't get killed.
