Default Colorado Units 6 & 7

I'm looking to do a DIY or drop camp archery elk hunt in Colorado (Fall 2008). Someone recently told me these 2 units were good places to go. (I was originally thinking of the Meeker area.)

Does anyone have any info regarding units 6 & / or 7? I'm looking for anything regarding outfitters, people who will pack us in and out (not necessarily an outfitter), elk concentrations, tag availability, etc. Anything regarding preparing for or actually going on the hunt. This will be our first time so we're not looking for trophy bulls, just a bunch of elk.

Thanks!

I don't know about 6 & 7 but I do hunt the meeker area and can tell you that we've never had a problem drawing tags.
