When do you need to have application filled out? Do Wyoming outfitters have special draws? Is your hunt only for elk or would there be an opportunity for some combo hunt, mule deer or antelope?

The deadline was jan 31 deer was march 15Th so it would have to be next or try for a leftover tag in july elk only. I not by a point for next year.
