Price set for wolf tag in Idaho...

I heard on the news this weekend that the Fish&Wildlife in Idaho has set the price of a wolf tag at $26.50. Doesn't mean they are legal to hunt yet, but supposedly they want to thin the numbers by about 500 or so.

They have had tags for years. Called self issue tags and they were free.

I thought that wolves were illegal to hunt in the lower 48. I would be interested if there is a season for non-res.

I think Bob is referring to the sss theory, or the heavy metal poisoning ailmentsome seem to have suffered from. I could be wrong though.

Neither am I...especially since it will take the Feds forever to delist the wolves.
