That's a tough one...In the first place, there are some species I haven't hunted, at least not yet..
Certain species have certain appeal... For pure EXCITEMENT, it's tough to beat calling in a bugling bull elk...
I also like any kind of spot and stalk type hunting, especially for mule deer in high country, but I've had some great spot and stalk hunts for moose and antelope, too..
I guess if you pinned me down, I'd have to rate caribou right up at the top...
They are a gorgeous animal and they live in the most wild and beautiful places.. They make a beautiful mount... Theytaste GREAT, even better than elk or moose, in my opinion... I wish I could afford to hunt them every year...
Since Axis deer are not indigenous to North America, I would have to say that I want to hunt an axis the most...kind of like the one in my avatar. Of course I would take a doe as well!
Other than that, I want to hunt Mule Deer. My family hunts them in Texas, and of course we dont have them in Georgia. I have eaten alot of mule deer, but never killed one myself!
