Anybody know a good place to go black bear huntin?

I'm looking for a place for a half a dozen or so guys to go black bear huntin.
Something East of the Mississippi and that doesn't cost five grand.
I am looking for a place thaty'all has had a good experience with.

I want to go the fall of next year.

I've hunted twice with Lawrence Dyer and Sons outfitters in Plaster Rock New Brunsiwck. He has lots of active stands and plenty of big bears. Its going to be a hike from Indiana, but should be worth it once you get there. This is a bait hunt, I hunted archery, but he does have stands for firearms hunters.

If you were interested in west of the Mississippi-----I would say Idaho. Lots of black bears----some units are 2 bear zones. CB
