What unit would be the best for does on public land?

What region of Wy are you planning on hunting in?(towns, south west, north west.......) Their are still alot of left over tags, just need to have a better idea of what area you want to hunt in or dose it matter? I got two does for 88 and their are still some left over for that area.

Just draw straws. You'll find antelope does everywhere you go. Better yet, just choose whatever area is closest to where you'll be entering the state so that you don't have to drive as far. If you want an easy hunt, the plains around Laramie and Cheyenne might not be quite as good since there isn't as much cover.

Oh, I won't be going out this year, just trying to get some info for next year. I'm not sure where I will be hunting. Any suggestions?

Well, for a fun hunt with antelope running everywhere and great scenery, I'd suggest you go over by Casper. Area 48 has tons of public land, tons of goats, and beautiful scenery. Whats more, if you go to area 48 you'll be right next to the Miracle Mile and Grey Reef, and you can try your luck at catching a big ole trout. And if you're into climbing Fremont Canyon has got some great routes. It'd Make the drive all the way out here a little more worthwhile.
