Idaho units 40,41,42 early archery deer

I was lucky enough to draw a 1 of 25 tags for these units but the only bad part is that i can only hunt the last thursday, friday, saterday of the season. I was wondering if anyone has any expericene with this area and if anyone would be willing to help or show me around the county. I am new to hunting out west with a bow and would take any advice there is out there. thanks for the help.

I have hunted 40 and 41, plenty of deer, concentrate on the edges of the alfalfa fields as that is the deers candy as they come down to feed in the evening. You might consider asking some of the ranchers in the area for permission as the deer can kinda be pests to them in there fields. Good Luck. RobinHood36...>>>==========<>

thanks for the info. I didnt get a pm but iwill be at the firecracker shoot tomarrow i will keep an eye out for you all.

mac, i just got back from the firecracker shoot, i was the guy packing around a longbow, and placed 2nd, if you stayed for the awards Sunday, i only went the one day...
