what is an affordable hunt for whitetails or muleys? i was thinking about $500 for lodging and licenses for a week. the end of november would be best. the black hills maybe?

Where you live and how far you wanna travel???I have a place in kentucky and Pa. You could hunt whitetail in Pa.for a week for that price...That includes liscenses and a place to stay for 500$ for a week...You could stay at any motel and most likely be within a 30 miles of hunting or even closer.... And no guided needed..I am sure many states on the east could fill that budget...
i live in wisconsin and am not sure how far we want to go. my dad isnt sure when he can get off work yet. we dont want a guide. it would be a do it yourself hunt. last year in wyoming we did it for around $550 a person. not really sure what my dad will be able to do this year.
