Is there a list of GMUs for OTC archery elk tags for CO?

I've been searching the Colorado DOW website and looking through the regs for a list of what GMUs you can purchase an OTC archery elk tag for and I can't find one. Perhaps I've missed it somewhere. If someone knows of such a list or what page in the regs I can find it on can you please let me know?

Page 24, 2006 Big game brochure: "Unlimited, either sex and anterless archery elk licenses areVALID IN ALL UNITSexcept........ and it lists the limited units

Or, starting on page 24, under hunt codes for Archery Elk licenses, it lists the limited units. Pretty much any unit not listed in this hunt code section is OTC.

If you narrow the units down using this method, you can then call the DOW and confirm that you are correct.
