I saw those a while ago and they're supposed to be from a high fence operation, and I believe it was in Idaho. If it is a world record it would have to be SCI, because B&C and P&Y wouldn't recognize it.

Sure am glad B and C is trying to maintain some standards. At the same time, SCI is really gettin pretty pathetic. Do some hunters really need this ego trip?

Pen shooting?? That a bummer for a beautiful elk.

Plus, I bet this guy had to pay $15,000 for that thing!

huh that figures. An elk like that had to be taken from a fenced area. I wish they would outlaw that crap.

If you want the true story on this 502" bull and the other 447" bull that this guy took in 2004 then go to Kings Outdoor World.

This bull as well as the 2004 bull were both taken behind a high fence and are not going to be accepted for P&Y or B&C.

OH COME ON, my Gawd. That egotisticalguy isn't even within grasping range of the bulls rearend on the head on shots, much lessclose enough to touchthe antlers. Those about so blatant and obviously "boosheuted" that they could almost pass for photochopping.

I'm sure he'll tell his buddies and clients at the law or doctors firm where it hangs, about how he chased it for 4 days across public ground in CO!!!

PenOR wild, $15k wouldn't TOUCH a bull of that size!!!
