Default First Pa. Black Bear after 10years...

After 10 years of hunting BlackBear in Pa. I finaly got one in the extended Blackbear season on Monday the first day of our Rifle Deer season.
I see them around my house alot and in my treestand in archery season but as soon as the 3 day Blackbear season opens, I cant ever seem to find any. I live on the border of Clinton/Lycoming county and these are always the #1 and#2 bear kill counties!!
In Sullivan County, I managed to take this 100lbs male while sitting on a cliff looking out upwind of a draw on Monday the first day of Buck.A 225 yard double lung shot with my 300 Win mag put him down in his tracks.
Its not a big one, but still a trophy to me. He is being made into a full body mount, standing up, in native habitat. He will join my many whitetail mounts. (Oh by the way....I only saw 2 doe the first day?)

Thanks guys,
Bear hunting is a whole other different world than Deer hunting. Its like panning for gold. You never know what your gonna get but just the possibilities of what you might get, keeps you coming back. I am still coming down from the rush 3-days later.
Question "Rebel Hog".... How heavy is your bear mount? Mine is coming with wheels under it but are they really that heavy?

Not heavy! When they start adding to much scenery is when it starts getting heavy. Mine had a Hornets Nest hanging from it's paw, but my little niece crumbled it to pieces![:@]
