This has prob. been posted here before. BUT I was just woundering what is your faverite Critter to hunt? It does not matter where in the world it is located.
Well, after hunting mule deer, antelope, and finally elk this year, I would have to say elk!!! Of course there are also birds, jack rabbits, coyotes, and cotton tails, but nothing compares to the mighty Wapati!! I got to hunt during the rut, and it is amazing how vocal these animals are!!

So far I'd have to go with big mule deer as my favorite, however, I've yet to make it to Alaska or Africa. Ask again in about 10 yrs and my answer might be different!
Thats tough I'd have to brake it down into sections.

Favorite big game that I want to hunt: Sheep
Favorite hours of fun hunting: Prairie Dogs
Favorite of my youth: Spring Turkeys/ Whitetail deer
Favorite for next year: Antelope

I don't really have a favorite. For most big game, it comes down to the size of the target and the friends who share it with you. I guess I have more friends who share the deer camp than anything just because of access.
I would have to say elk! Theres nothing like walking through the bush early in the morning and sunddenly hearing the elk bugling and the cows chearping. Gets the adrenaline going.
