bear hunting
Well went out over last weekend....at a spot we had been scoutin for awhile. we get in there and the scat we found was HUGE. all over were trails as to where he'd been comin in and out. tree scratches and all. we set up at about 5:30 am but set up when he was already gettin up. we did some more scouting and stalking....started following his freshest trail. came right upon his den.....we could SMELL him....we got out of there fast hoping we didnt scare off his protected area. later that day we heard him in the thick brush.....my buddy tried pushin him out one way as i set up on the other side hoping to see him....we realized he had pushed back the other direction....oh man what an exciting day...going back this weekend to get him. by the size of his scat this guy is BIG. just had to share.
