2.75" Remington Core-Lokt 12ga Slugs!!!

I don't think that anyone will ever make a better shotgun slug. I shot a three inch group with these out of my 870 yesterday at 75 yards. That is plenty accurate for me and you have no idea about the destructive power of these things. We were testing out the penetration of these slugs of several items. To make a short list of all the things it smashed through:

1. four inches of wood, i.e. a piece of 4x4 (which blew apart like a grenade)

2. half a wet phone book, plus a big beef leg bone (poor leg bone!)

3. a good number of 2x4s (they practically explode on impact lol)

I thought that these might have been marginal against a bear shoulder, but I was wrong. I have every confidence that these will smash right through a bears shoulder just like it smashed into my shoulder every time I pulled the trigger. What recoil! Hopefully, you won't need more than one.

are these rifled or sabot slugs??? just curious.

They are sabots. I was shocked by the power on both ends of the gun. I never in my wildest dreams thought that a shotgun slug could do that!
