Hello everyone. I thought that maybe some of you would like this pic. My mom took it about a month ago in Riding Mountain National Park (in Manitoba, Canada for those not from the area).I couldn't believe how fat he was! And a nice rack on top of that. Unfortunately there's no hunting in the park and the moose hunting season in the hunting areas around the park has been closed for a few years due to a decline moose density.

I agree. I am jealous of my in - law family this season. My wife's brother is going to New Brunswick this September for 'ole Bullwinkle. My wife's cousin, & 2 uncles are going to New Foundland around the same time. I couldn't come up w/ the $$ this year with the new baby and all!

That first sucker has to be the fattest moose in the world. He better get back to the lake and stand in water up to his neck before he collapses under his own weight like a beached whale looks like he's pregnant with twins.
