Default Area 52 in NM

I drew for an Area 52rifle hunt in early Oct. for elk. Can anyone please send me any useful information that will help me out with this area???I would love to bring one back with me to show the boys in Texas. Hope everyone drew what they were looking for this year!!! Good Luck!!!

Write me at kiowahs@aol.com. I have hunted it since the sixties and have run outfitted hunts on it for years. I willpoint you to where I think you can find elk.

HuntinTexas:
Where in Texas are you located?? I also drew in unit 52. I have hunted in 51 but never 52. I could also use some advise. One specific question I have is: Would it be worth while to buy a bear tag while hunting in 52 or would it be wasted $$?
