ford had a molded set of vacume lines if I remember correctly, They're wasn't a whole lot of vacume lines on that motor. Black was manifold vacume, red was to the fuel pressure regulator, green was to the EGR I believe. Not much else after that. Distributor was all electronic, so no vac. there. I'm at work, I'll look to see if we have any old manuals laying around, If I finds something, I'll let ya know.

I looked and found an 87 book from ford. It shows that the L6 was Carberated for an 86 model year, not Fuel Inj. You might want to verify what you got!

My advise is to write your VIN # down, and call the local dealer. Talk to the service adviser, give him your vin, and ask him to run it on OASIS. He should at that point be able to tell you what exactly you have, because they didn't have fuel injection in 1986. He should also be able to get you the vac. diagram off the ford website. Good luck.

try a differant dealer, if you still get a dead end, pm me your vin #, I got a local dealer that I'm in with, He maybe able to run it for me. Can't promise anything tho. I'm not familiar with what the dealers have access to anymore, Its been awhile since I worked at one. But I'll give it a shot for ya.
