Default Help! Hotwire a 1996 Aerostar

Help me please. Buster has either eaten my keys or they have been sucked into a dementional porthole. I need help hotwiring my van. The wires are multicolored. Not like the old red, red and brown. It's been three days. Some help please.very sad

Now if I was going to steal something don't you think I would steal something better than a minivan. It is my van. Iam just having one of those dumb blond weeks.

Missed this before. Funny someone joins and thier first post at a hunting forum is about hotwiring a vehicle. What a joke! Gonna do this hotwire trick as a permanant solutuion to a regular key? No spare? [&:] Buy a new key (using VIN #) or maybe just drop a few bucks and get a new ignition. LikeI said...a joke!

It is so easy to replace the key tumbler on a Ford that you should just buy a new one.

Won't do much good to hotwire the van as the steering wheel will be locked.
