Well haven't had much time to turkey hunt....scored on a buck and do during the archery opener weekendbut otherwise been busy with nursing school and this last week the weather was horrible. I got a cold this week also but I'm feeling better so hoping this afternoon to either go to the state land where I got my spring bird and maybe roost em or hit the land here by home, which the last couple times I did, saw no sign and heard them, think they may be elsewhere.

Went bowhuntin Saturday morning and all I was thinkin about was gettin down outta the tree and chasin all the dadgum birds I was hearing. I had two different flocks makin all sorts of racket. It's gonna be on come Nov 22nd!

I had a Family set-back and have not been able to get out. I have a few more days and am hopefull I can sneak away.
