Arrow How to choose Arrow rest on recurve bow

Hello everyone

What im am looking for is a arrow rest for a recurve bow. I am looking to be able to shoot vane fletching and feather fletching, with out to much wear on the fletching.I shoot instinctive if that helps anybody. I try to search on the internet https://hunthacks.com/best-arrow-rest/

I probably wont be able to answer back real soon. Any advice would be apreciated.

Thanks

I would believe something simple such as a springy is sufficient. The rest should only touch the arrow while drawing and at full draw. Upon release, the arrow should bend aroud the riser. Archers Paradox
