I traded another rest for this one,looks to be in great condition it is black in color,looks like it would work great for containment,looks like the little rubber bumper under the launcher has been shaved down for better clearance,very quiet too.Since i use a WB i really have no need for this one.

No it doesnt,when i tried it on my bow i just split my downcable then served it in,i never use those little clamps.
You can get those clamps pretty cheap at any online store or proshop.
