what's the draw weight ? and can the draw length be adjusted w/o a press?

Draw weight is 60-70@ adjustable.the Draw length is adjustable by changing modules using a bow press.i only have the 28" module.i may be able to get another length mod and have it installed.My local shop might swap mod. for mod.
