wanted : basic set of sights

my cousin started shooting with me, he's 15, shoots pretty good but his sights are awful, some allens from wal mart.

parker hunter mag, 28" draw, 55# draw.

well, all that doesn't matter.

I'm just looking for a cheap set of sights that are better than these, maybe some tru glo's or something low end.

I have a PSE 3 pin that I can let go of cheap! make an offer I'm thinking somewhere around 15 bucks plus shipping! Not lighted but good starter site.
