Default NAP 3000 Micro-Adjustable rest

Again, my old retired friend now wants to sell this rest, along with all those broadheads, so I'm playing middleman for him again. This rest is brand new, in the package and he is asking $45, STYD, in the lower 48!

I don't know what the lizard tongue is, BUT I can ask him, although I assume it must be, as it's new!

What is the "lizard tongue"?

the lizard tongue is a different launcher. it comes in the baggie with the tubes, the allen wrench, and some screws. i have to assume he's had it out of the package or the tubes wouldn't be on the prongs. not that that matters. you can easily see there is no wear on them. i have 2 of those rests with the lizard tongue launchers and am very happy with them. im thinking about hunting with one with the prongs.

Well, he says he doesn't remember another launcher being in the package, so I guess if it was suppose to have two launchers, it is missing the "lizard tongue"!

It say's it has a 3d launcher on the package? If he hasn't opened it other than to look it over it should be there. Has he ever mounted it just to see if it would fit his riser? Just wondering since it's new but has been opened.

I'd guess he at least mounted it on a bow at some point, BUT he sure as heck can't find the lizard tongue for it, BUT at his age, I'm sure there's alot more things that he has lost and can't find!! He told me it was brand new, I took him for his word, he has no reason to lie to me, and all I did was snap a pic. of it and went to the next item he wanted to get rid of!! He probably opened it and chucked the lizard tongue right off the bat, since he doesn't, and hasn't ever, competed in any 3-d shoots. Only hunts!

No offense. LOL I know some old guys. There's a lot of things they can't remember, see or hear when it's convienent. No biggy.

It's a little high in price but a good rest for somebody. Hope the old guy gets enough to pay his light bill so he doesn't have to turn off his reperator.
