Default RE: Who uses scent control clothing? Does it Work?

How would anyone know if they worked? If a deer doesn't smell you, does that mean the suit was the reason? Circumstantial evidence is not proof. I have never used any scent elimination (other than soap) and I've had many deer come into my stand from down wind. If at the time, I was wearing orange underwear, I could just as easily claim that orange underwear is responsible for this.

Personally, I think it's a money making marketing blitz. Unless you're sealed in plastic with a carbon filtered respirator to control your breath, I would bet they can smell you if the wind is right. That said, it certainly doesn't bother me that anyone uses one. Myself, I'll use common sense methods of keeping myself and my clothes clean and continue to monitor the wind. This has gotten me a dozen or more shot opportunities on bucks every year. Miraculously, it has been done without any scent lok suits.
