Timothy is a kind of hay - used often for horses or mixed with alfafa for cattle.

If it was advertised - its probably in bales - and the deer will not eat it. Even fresh and growing, deer do not much care for timothy.



Side note: timothy grass is named for Timothy Hanson, an English farmer who promoted its use for hay
