An Omega Z5 in stainless? Normally those are Weathershield finish that resembles stainless.
I did have a Z5 previously and it had weathershield and the stainless barrel was a darker color than this one. Weathershield is not mentioned on gun or box so this one is standard stainless IMO. Couple of other things: The Tru-Glo front sight has part of it knocked off by a room mate moving it around to get to his stuff from the gun safe. Still would be functional if the scope were removed. Secondly, I checked Cabelas for ML restrictions. Only a small amt. of states or regions in a state have a concern. So areas that aren't restricted shouldn't require FFL transfer, I believe. That should be money saved a buyer. I will post the Cabelas link.
