They bought all the assets which includes the licenses, etc. They have stated they are not going to reopen Horton as it was. They may start a new brand using Horton's old equipment. That's what I read from Ten Points CEO letter. Anyway I really do not care, I have a new Ten Point and have Ten Points since 1999.
