RE: South Georgia Hunting Leases
We stopped hunting in south Ga. 12 years ago because of this reason. The trophy management club was 1200 dollars yearly dues back then (my dad paidit, not me!), and then we lost the lease because of development. It was a great club and I missed it, but it would probably go for 3000 dollars today. We tried to find another south Ga. club, but there was very few comparable clubs for that price.My dad and brother found a trophy management club in Jefferson countythat is just as good for almost half and it is 35 miles from our hometown, not 140 miles. My dues are 690 and 850 for 60,000 and 80,000 acres, so I feel like I am getting a steal in florida
