RE: Shooting 2 3/4 shells from a Mossberg 835
Everything Bigbulls said was correct EXCEPT the fact the Mossberg slug barrel on an 835 still has a 3.5in chamber. I have one and it dosnt give me any problem with 2.75in slugs. If you look hard enough you can find 3.5in slugs. My gun didnt shoot well with them and they were a little pricy on the wallet. Icant rememberwho made them though. Regular slugs are expensive but the 3.5in were about 2 times the price of the 3in slugs i shoot.
