Hello fellow team members. Let me tell you a little about myself, This spring will be my 31st spring hunting gobblers. I had the biggest eastern in the typical category in last years contest. Out of the 9 gobblers checked in for our team I had 5 of them. I will be hunting my home state of Iowa (2 tags), Missouri (2 tags), and Nebraska(3 tags).
I was team captian for the 2009 gun deer contest this last fall and team captian for the fall turkey contest 2009.
I will throw my name in the hat for team captian for this team and then we can decide once everyone has checked in.
It will be a pleasure hunting with you all this spring.

ksfowler checking in. I have been hunting turkeys for 10 years now. I usually shoot at least one tom a year except last year I am not sure what happened but I could not pull it off. This year will be a different story I can tell you right now. Oh and I only hunt Rios.
Here is my bird from two years ago.

Unfortunately with the move i went to dialup .so i may not be able to do as much to help the team this year as the last year .

Checking in here as well. I'll be hunting in Texas. Probably a 50/50 shot at a bird on my own place, but have a new invite to hunt another property that is covered up in birds so hopefully I'll be able to contribute to the team.

Hi Guy's
jr 1968 checking in. I'll be hunting in the western southern tier of
new york. I was out 2 weeks ago with my brother hunting rabbits with his beagles and found this one place where the turkey's are working up the ground for food. So hopefully they will still be in the area come May!!

Talk to ya later,
jr 1968
