Hey TG, I could use some "good money" about right now. How much we talkin'?

IL-Cornfed, there's some more ground for sale in the area right now at $1450./acre. I just got dang lucky to get the place I got for the price I paid. Actually am looking at buying some more myself. Between the deer and the turkey's, it's a pretty fine piece of hunting ground. That buck I shot back there last fall was my best to date, around 170"!!

Today was the opener of our "2nd Season", so I grabbed the T/C Encore and made a hunt for Team 2.

It was over by 6:30 !!!

He weighed 25 lbs, sports a 10" beard and 1" spurs and scores exactly 65 points .

I think my boy, Nick, was more excited than I was !!! LOL!

A pic my boy took from the blind, right where the Tom dropped.

With a little luck and I can score on another bird during the "3rd Season", which starts next Friday. I'm hunting with my bow during that season and took Friday to Wednesday off so I'll be at it hard.

Good luck to the rest of you guys (and girls)! Go Team 2 !!!
