i might hit some public land for the first time ever this year as i lost one of my leases this year. gotta fill in the time i spent on it.

I will be hunting mostly public land, But I think I have a nice little private spot picked out close to my house. I am going to speak to the landowner within the next couple of days to see if I can gain access to the property.

Ill be hunting east central and north central Missouri, all private land.

Where do you hunt at in NW MO? Im part owner of 200 acres just north of Cainsville (Harrison County).

I dont get up there as much as I use to but my friends still hunt up there. 5 hr drive from my house. Lots of big bucks!

im about an hour east of KC. have quite abit of area to hunt round here. also thinking of hitting a small area of public i found down on truman lake this year.

since we have most of the members maybe we should start thinking of names and a team captain?

What are the duties of a captain? This is my first time around so I vote for anyone but myself.

As far as names go I have been brainstorming all morning and haven't come up with anything I like!

I'll take captain if noone else wants it.
basically the captains of all the teams are used if there is an issue with an entry in the contest and to keep the team up to date. pretty easy work. not much to do.

names i'll start thinking of some.
