Whats up guys??? How was everyone's (that had it) early goose opener? I took my first opener skunk in YEARS...birds ended up moving 1+ miles north of us for some reason....

Our opener is this weekend but I'm working nights and don't think I'll be abel to get out and then next weekend I'm going up north bear hunting so hopfully I'll be able to get out before early season closes.

Sucks about the skunk that's always a sour way to start the season but hey, there's always tomorrow right.

I'm going out whenI get off of work this morning. There were about 300 sitting in a private slough my buddiehas permission to hunt so I'm gonna be his wingman for the morning and hopfully get a good start towhat should be a pretty good year from all the birds I'm seeing.

Well I dropped 4 and my buddy got 1 this morning. We ended us chasing them off right away and they just never all came back. So it was a good start but it could've been better.

Good job! I am definitely looking forward to duck more this year based on where my new hose is, I have been having a hard time not chasing salmon....

Yeah we could use a name. I like the put'em down one. We had opener here last weekend andI just got out for the first time this morning ended up with 4 so it wasn't to bad but the worst thing was I didn't miss so that's all the shots we got all morning.
