Well, I just posted my first score. I cannot believe how nervous I was shooting this thing LMAO . I shoot in my yard ALL the time but that first end a 20 yards looked like a crazy man was shooting. I settled down a bit after that but man, the butterflies......

I joined this league to make my offseason shooting a little more meaningful, to force me not to be so nonchalant and to FOCUS better on my shooting (and the long range aspect). It is accomplishing ALL of that LOL .

I practice at 65 yds sometimes and had I shot at 65 like I did that first round at 20 yds I would be raking the leaves in the woods behind my target looking for 5 arrows [:-]

Haha, congrats Bruce. I'm glad your getting out of this what you had hoped for. That's pretty good shooting too!!

Nice job, Bruce. I have taken part in the first two leagues and I really appreciate that this one has moved me out to shooting at longer distance. I thought it would not go well, but the initial rounds have me pretty pleased. I don't have tiny pins like many and I find that the longer distances help me focus on a given point better.
