Default Guy's, if you were wondering...

...I haven't fallen off the face of the earth. [8D]

I have really been nursing my shoulder, I hurt my right rotator cuff in a basketball game 2 weeks ago. It's my right shoulder which makes it a little better than it could be. It's killing more holding ability, my bow arm just wants to drop, it hurts to just hold it at full draw. It's constantly stiff, and doesn't really hurt unless I'm holding something up or raise my hand above my head. I'm trying to avoid going to the doctory about it but I'm only going to give it 2 more weeks.

Honestly though, If I were to shoot a round right now, I'd be lucky to break 420. I'm going to try to rest it this week and ATTEMPT a 3d shoot Sunday.

Rotator cuff injuries are the worst.

I stuggled throughout high school baseball with that injury. I used to pitch and play third base and every time I threw the ball it just hurt like hell. By the end I had to switch to 1st base because my arm was shot.

Finally, I got hooked up with a good athletic trainer who showed me some strengthening excercises. That's the best thing you can do. Good luck and I hope you heal soon.

I havent either, to much school work here. I have htree honors classes and Spanish, I am lucky to get a whole hour to do nothing, much less a day. When the writing test ends though, I will be home free just about.

It's pretty well healed up now (I think). It isn't bothering me as much anymore.
