Default rest on your bow.........

I am using a "springy" rest. I get made fun of every time I go to the range cause I shoot a springy that faded out in the 80's. I will tell you one thing about the springy, It's forgiving!!!!! I took it off last week and installed a gk premier on my bow. My x's went down considerably and my bow was not forgiving as it was. I put the springy back on and shot six 5x rounds in a row.... Not bad for a rest that cost 8 bucks from martin. If you want to try something different that will make everyone goTry a springy. Terry ragsdale seem to do pretty good with one and I have watched my old man the "sliverflicker" shoot 57 plus x's day after day with one..... Old school stuff like the springy just rocks............
