Default There They Sat...

Just jumped on here and there were about 10 people watching this part of the forum....

Twas the night before the announcement
and all through the land
all the players were watching
with hopes built so grand.

They all sat there glazed eyed
all night in their chair
with hopes that Big Rob
would soon be there.

Sweat starts pouring
as the time draws near
"I have to know my team!"
"Who can kill deer?!?"

They all just sat there
Their stomachs in knots
Their brains all jumbled
and void of clear thoughts.

Then with great fanfare
but who did appear?
But the infamous PA Bowyer
and his 8 trusty "Rob Deer"

The boys in the forum
are hopping with glee
as they think to themselves
Let it be MH with me!

Rob clears his throat
and starts the team thread
"I've got the bathroom done
now it's time for bed."

"Don't worry" he says
"This is all for fun.
I'll get the teams listed.
By next week they'll be done!

haha give AF a stick for his poetic abilities. Write them all season in there so we can read them. I get a good kick out of them!

After watching the threads this weekend and everyone's anticipation of the teams being posted, I thought this is just as bad as kids right before Christmas. Then this morning, it just came to me. Took a while to get it to where I thought it was worth posting, but as far as being good, I think not. I hope all can get a laugh with it and relieve some of the tension.
