Yes, as long as it conforms to the rules.

If every one, had checked into their team.
There wouldn't be any alternates, or prior deer to count.

sounds like a pretty good strategy, frankly. Probably why most, if not all contests up in the north country require entry prior. Thanks for clearing up all the issues of late, However![:@]
