How about 5 weeks with a drop your worst rather than using an average for the missed week? That would save having to shoot 2 games for avg. and if someone wanted to bail after 4 they still could. Any way you do it, count me in.

Hey, that was post #1000![8D]

Sorry guys would love to shoot a vegas round with ya. But I can't commit to another 8 week league.

My second season is about to start..There are only 2, Golf Season and Hunting Season..
Would you be likely to join if it was a 4 week league?
Yeah I can shoot a 4 weeker...600 round vegas??

I was thinking 30 arrow vegas style 300 round counting outer 10 rings just to keep it short and sweet and so it isn't such a huge time commitment for guys. As spring rolls around, guys aren't going to have as much time to commit to something like this. If we count inner 10 rings I think a lot of guys will end up frustrated......I don't think we will see anyone shooting perfect 300's anyhow much less if we counted baby X's as inner 10's.

Again, this is just what I am thinking now and I am open to suggestions.

Anyway you wanna set it up , is just fine with me .
Just let me know how the scoring gonna be like , maybe you could do without the handicap thing , it might be easyer for everyone.

What do you guys think about no handicaps? Are you all comfortable with that?

I'm fine with that; I shoot what I shoot, even if it does tick me off sometimes.

Right you are on that one, Rick. The last Vegas shoot I was in (for my class), before the sawbones got at my shoulder, scored only the baby x as 10. Sure humbles you in a hurry.

Wish I could join you on this but still on the road back and not shooting yet.
