Well guys my buck season came to an end tonight... I figured we needed meat for the freezer and i needed to fill my tag so i shot a 4 pointer.. Its only my second buck with a bow and 1st with my new reflex buckskin. It did the job i accidently hit it in the spine at 35 yards away threw the woods and hit a branch, and went straight threw the spine and it dropped but crawled down the ridge so i walked up to 20 yards from it and shot another threw its lungs and i cant find that arrow now.. I never wanted to watch it lay there and try crawling away and suffering. But im happy and proud of myself.. i plan on shooting a doe or two before the season ends.. I guess we will never know what the story/score of Papas deer is. My season is pretty well wrapped up, I might get a few more hunts in, but I have not seen hardly any activity.
