well, my season's pretty much over. I have another week to hunt, but probably won't cause coyote snaring season opens on Jan. 1st. We just got back from a 3 day late season hunt in northern WI, but there was about 18 inches of snow and the deer were yarded up someplace else. We didnt see a single deer but had an awesome time.
I ended up with the doe fawn I got with my bow earlier this year, and a small 8 pointer i shot during rifle season. I only saw about 20 - 25 deer all season in WI this year. Just 3 years ago it was no challenge to see that many in just one nights hunt in september.
