The Hunting.net Bowhunting Contest has over 400 hunters from around North America entered. What score do you think it will take to enter the largest buck, of the contest?
If I remember right, last years biggest buck was about 180 or so...
As most of us already knows that a luckly young man by the name t3 has already bag a big buck with a score of 179 + so with that said , I would have to say that anybody with hopes to top that score would have to be in the 200 + range .

It's tough to say. There are a lot of guys on here that hunt in areas that are known for huge slammers that haven't tagged out yet in states like Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, etc. T3's buck is a slammer for sure, and I think it has a great chance of being top dog when it's all said and done but a lot of guys on here have great track records takingsome great bucks and hunt in areas that produce them consistently. These guysshouldn't be counted out yet. I think we will see a 180"+ deer this year from the midwest before the fat lady sings...........
I really think that T3's buck will take the prize. If I'm wrong I don't think that it will loose by but a few inches. I'll be very suprised to see anything over 185". But hey, I've been wrong before. Good Luck to all!

179 isa heck of a score but remember there is alot of time left and alot of hunters yet to let the string go. Hopefully someone from Tall Tines can top it.
