Well gang, you can stick a fork in me cause I'm done! We never got out today. It's hard to get motivated this time of year when it pours all day long. I hope he survivrs the winter and the highways so we can meet again next year. All in all it was a good year. the freezer is full, I've got backstraps marinating for tomorrows dinner and we made it through the season and a few bumps along the way.

We had a great team and I have no doubt that we could have won this thing if we had simply lowered our standards. Congrats again to Deb and Joe on their magnificent trophies. We all came out winnersanyway. I feel that I made somegreat friends here!

Are any of us still out there hunting?

Deb, sounds like a very nice thing you're doing there. God bless you!

Nicely worded and very true. We all had fun and I would welcome any ofyouin a heart beat to hunt with me. Congrats again to Deb and Joey. Two very fine bucks for two very fine hunters/people. I am glad no one dropped their standards just for the contest. We hunted hard and enjoyed our bow season. Along the way we got to know each other a little better and shared our huntingexperiences. That's what is important to me and why I like the contest so much.

Even ifwe never get on thesame team again in future years, I'll always behoping the bestforall of you and look forward to reading your posts.

Deb,

I missed the Hair Cutting. I didn't arrive until Friday, and then found out it was done on Thursday.Sorry I missed you as well. I hope to make it a yearly event, so hopefully I'll catch you next time. I heard it'll beIndi next year. I sure had a ton of fun!

My buck won't make it on a DVD this year. But hopefully will be on one next year. Still working on that project, but want to do it the right way!
