Land here in Tipton county is 3 grand an acre cause all the folks trying to leave Memphis, nasty city! Most rural counties cost $500 acreand up if trying to getclose to towns. Lots of hills and hollers and woods up where me and my Mrs. want to go. Plus its away from all this rat racing people. Just too many have moved out here over past 12 years. Seem to become sub div.s all over now, i can't stand it. If i get up in the morning and see smoke from a house they 're too dang close to us! They are and have been, i am just waiting on my SS to get up out of here!

Land up here is also about 2000-3000 grand an acre. Some is alot more though.. Its starting to get ridiculous..

I had 3 Doe's come in range yesterday any could have taken any of them. Its only Bucks season even if hunting with a Bow. Its raining and its the last day!

Hahaha Thats right put it all on my sholders now, we need 200 points or so I think to take the lead ? no problem hehehehehehehehehehehehehehe I may be able to push 100+ but 200 is a far shot. I still have 23 days and I am heading out tommorow night, I have to take the wife out to eat its her B-day, Then I will be gone for the rest of the month in search of old mossy horn himself. well i hope you crack one bigdaddy. the land around here is going for about 7000 an acre thats bullsh$t if you buy about 100 acres you can get it for 2800-4500. makes it hard for an average guy to buy a good chunk. i got my bow back out yesterday its been in since 11/15 after turkey season. it was rough the first few shots. well; ttyl

Bigdaddy 7474 i is praying fer a nontypical at 246 pt.s to give you a shot at 16 yds. broad side! I found where those high school boys were using my stand area fer their bathroom #2! Found 2 boxes of 12 ga. hulls #6 shot all over the plowed field where they had been shooting at deer at nite. I will tell the farmer who they are because of all the winter wheat they're tearing up with 4 wheelers. Sick puppys!
