I know these numbers are way off but just for an example. They are teams of 10 correct? well anyways even if they aren't you should still understand my questions. I'm going to say they are teams of 10, what if 33 people sign up, what happens to the last 3 people?

Last year the cutoff date was in place but we needed something like 6 more members to make full teams of 10----if I remember correctly.We made up a post saying the first 6 members to sign up will be placed on a team and the remainder of the members will be placed as alternates.It was a race ,but it worked out real well.
After the cutoff date the remainder of the members will be alternates,these people will fill in for the No-Shows.
