RE: .430 or .452 300 grain XTP
I have never gotten a .429/.430 bullet to shoot as well as the .451/.452 bullets. Always thought it had something to do with the thicker sabot. But last year, I shot some of the 200 grain Shockwaves (.400 bullet)with the blue sabot - they went into an inch at 100 yards. Maybe the .429's have hope yet . . . .
