RE: What is the highest temperature for hanging deer?
I read on the boards once that ideal temps would be colder, but 45 sticks in my head. Something like don't go over 45 for more than a few hours, and keep it under 50. Personally, I would quarter it and put on ice in coolers for the day and hope to have it all boned that night.
