RE: Do deer screech?
Let me enlighten you. Deer do screech and let me tell you...It is a god awful noise. The first time I ever heard it I was sure there was something out there I didn't want to meet. We call it the chupacabra noise. Type "Chupacabra" into a search engine to see what it is. Deer make a variety of noises. They make all the typical noises that all us hunters are familiar with from magazines and T.V. and the market. Then there are the noises that are know to only those that spend plenty of time in the woods. Us Bow Hunters. We see deer in the strangest situations, doing the strangest things and especially making the oddest sounds. My experience its mostly been does who scream at me.
